Our whole wheat flour starter prepared through a 15 days cycle; we create the sour starter early enough to give it time to develop its natural flavor; to enrich the flavor of the whole-wheat flour and to give time for the grains in the flour to develop its rich flavors through a long fermentation period under a preserved temperature. This process doesn’t need any added yeast and that’s how the strong flavor of bread develops. Better served on a bread basket sliced as a staeter before serving main course, open faced sandwiches and as soups side.
